Deposits are to be sent immediately after your appointment has been approved. 
Check your email and spam/junk folders frequently for appointment updates.

*No deposit will result in Cancellation.

LATE FEES: After 5 minutes you will be considered late. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be canceled. Times slots are calculated for each client. A $25 late fee will be enforced if appointment is still honored.

ALL CLIENTS should come with their hair taken out of previous style and fully detangled in order to be shampooed and prepped. Takedowns must be arranged with stylist in advance. This is considered an additional service and will be charged as such.

Appointments require approval from the stylist. You will always receive a confirmation email stating that your appointment request has been sent. AFTER BOOKING PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDERS FREQUENTLY. Unfortunately our emails are sometimes directed to those folders and you can potentially MISS important updates or communication from us!
